Dear Parents/Guardians,
As the cold weather season begins, please send winter coats with your children and ensure they are dressed appropriately for the weather. If the wind chill is above 32 degrees, we will go outside for recess. Students who aren't dressed appropriately or who don't have a coat will be required to stay indoors during recess.
Please notify the office if your child needs a winter coat.
Thank You

Reminder: Due to election day, no school on Tuesday, November 05.

📣 This November, we’re focusing on the important trait of Respect in our school community! 🌟 Attached is a newsletter with tips and activities to help reinforce respect at home. Let’s work together to encourage positive behaviors and create a respectful environment for all! We appreciate all our parents and guardians do to support our school and students.

Character costumes can be worn tomorrow, Oct. 31. Students can NOT wear a mask, use weapons as props, have dangerous props, or wear scary costumes. We have young students and don’t want them to be afraid. All costumes should be appropriate for an educational setting.

West Side Favorite Character Day is Thursday, October 31!
Students can dress-up as their favorite character at school!
We ask that students do not bring any prop weapons, or wear any types of masks!

West Side will be wearing green tomorrow to support Mason, an HMS student who is having surgery on Tuesday for brain tumors. We will also be accepting any donations to help support the family.

West Side Picture Day is tomorrow, October 21st!

Just a reminder that school will not be in session Friday, October 11 and Monday, October 14. Also, Tuesday, October 15 is the final day for physicals, vision exams, and shot records to be turned in. Your student will be excluded from attending until all the documents are received. Finally, all Paragon fundraiser money is due on Wednesday, October 16. Have a great long weekend!
